“Easy A!!!” he wrote on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

Manning played four seasons with the Volunteers from 1994 to ’97, winning several prestigious awards before being selected with the No. 1 pick in the 1998 NFL draft. He graduated with with a degree in speech communication from Tennessee.

“My time as a student in the College of Communication and Information was a foundational experience during which I learned critical skills and messaging techniques that I continue to put to use almost daily,” Manning said in a press release. “I look forward to working with the college’s talented faculty, and directly with students in an effort to ensure they are well prepared for their future careers.”

Peyton will teach topics such as sports reporting, video production and performance, leadership and communication, and public speaking.
